We're Rich (now with pictures)

Friday Night was awesome. An evening spent together focusing on God....what could be better?

1 Timothy 6:6-10
But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it. But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that. People who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction. 1For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

Also, thank you for your generous donations to Trotski O'Dacy this month. There was an surplus in this month's donation, so all the excess money was donated to Compassion's AIDS initiative (Dec. 1st is International AIDS day, so I thought this was appropriate) "Compassion Canada is replacing despair with hope as 3,343 AIDS victims are supplied with antiretroviral therapy treatment and necessary care to overcome many obstacles related to AIDS."

Here is the message they sent us.

contribution to this community project will help improve the quality of life
of children and their families. It well empower parents and communities to
become self-sufficient and escape the trap of poverty. We are grateful for
